To help you feel confident through your first purchase, here’s a quick and simple guide on how to place an order, apply any welcome codes, and know what to expect next.
1. Place Your Order Online
After you’ve added your items to cart and proceeded to checkout, you’ll immediately see an on-screen order confirmation page once you complete your payment.
If you have a welcome code, just enter it on the checkout page before completing your payment.
At times, we also run automatic promotions that apply on their own - no code needed. For example, limited-time discounts when you buy 3 or more items in a single order.
If an automatic discount is still active, you will see it clearly at checkout.
2. Check Your Email for the Order Confirmation
Right after checkout, you’ll receive an email titled “Order Confirmation”.
Inside, you’ll find any one of these:
- Your order number
- Items purchased
- Payment method
- Your shipping address
- A link to view your order status
3. Track Your Shipment Anytime
After purchasing, you can click the link inside your confirmation email to access your Tracking link / ID / Number.
You can track your shipment using:
- The tracking link inside your shipping confirmation email
- Your online Order Status Page
Note: Tracking usually becomes available within 24–48 hours after your order is processed. The tracking ID will appear in your confirmation email once our supplier updates it in their system.
4. Shipping Confirmation
Once your package has shipped, you can track your shipment again to see the updates accordingly.
You may also see updates like:
- Pending / Processing
- Dispatched / In Transit
- Out for Delivery

The snapshot below shows how statuses update automatically as your parcel moves through the courier network. Some details are blurred for privacy. Note that the final delivery time shown is based on our supplier’s internal calculation.
5. Courier Updates
Depending on your local courier, you may receive:
- SMS alerts
- Email notifications (when your package is nearby, out for delivery, or ready for pickup - if applicable).
These notifications come directly from the courier.
