Refunds Only — No Returns, Because We Care
We believe in making things right when your order doesn’t go as planned—maybe it got lost, arrived damaged, or wasn’t what you expected. While we’re committed to resolving those issues, we do not accept physical returns.
This is a conscious decision as part of our eco-friendly efforts to reduce waste, emissions, and unnecessary shipping. Every return means extra packaging, transport, and carbon output. By offering refunds only, we’re helping protect the planet while still standing by our customers.
What’s Eligible for a Refund?
✔ Items that arrived broken, defective, or not as described
✔ Orders that never made it to you (when confirmed via tracking)
Approved refunds cover the product price only.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item never arrived or was lost in transit due to a courier or supplier issue.
What’s Not Eligible for a Refund?
We want to be fair, but to protect both our customers and our mission, certain situations and products are not eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Delivered items with no defect or damage
- Minor dissatisfaction, such as color variations or packaging preferences
- Items damaged due to incorrect use, improper storage, or rough handling (e.g., dropped, exposed to heat/water, modified, or used against instructions)
- Perishable goods, including food, flowers, or plants
- Custom products, like made-to-order or personalized items
- Innerwear or undergarments, due to hygiene and safety reasons
- Personal care items, such as skincare, grooming, or beauty products
- Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards and digital/downloadable items
- Final Sale items (50% or more off)
- Any claims made after 30 days from delivery.
All requests are reviewed carefully. Items that fall into any of the categories above—or lack proper evidence—will not be eligible for a refund.
Proof Required for Refund Approval
To prevent abuse and ensure fair handling, all refund requests must include:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Clear photos or video evidence of the issue (damage, defect, wrong item, etc.)
- Images of the shipping label and packaging, if applicable
Requests without sufficient documentation will not be processed. We reserve the right to decline suspicious or repeated claims.
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we’ll process it within 3–5 business days.
After processing, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
The actual time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment method:

Shopify Payments / Credit & Debit Cards: Typically 5–10 business days after approval

PayPal: Usually 1–3 business days, depending on PayPal’s processing

iDEAL (Netherlands): Typically within 5 business days after approval
If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, as processing times may vary based on their internal policies.
⚠️ Refused Packages & Customs Returns
If you refuse a package at customs, or if the parcel is held, disposed of, or destroyed by customs due to unpaid duties, import restrictions, or refusal to clear, no refund will be issued.
Why No Returns?
We’re a 100% online-based store with a strong focus on sustainability and responsible commerce. Managing physical returns often leads to excess packaging, reverse shipping emissions, and products that can no longer be restocked or resold—even if they’re unused.
To reduce our environmental footprint and operate more efficiently, we’ve chosen to adopt a no physical returns policy. Instead, we offer refunds with strict evidence requirements, ensuring fairness while avoiding unnecessary waste.

Customers in the European Union
If your order was delivered within the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item if it is unused, in its original condition, and not excluded under the “What’s Not Eligible” section above.
