    Why is there a limit on how many units I can buy?

    To ensure fair access and consistent quality during periods of rising import and operational costs, we manage our inventory in smaller batch releases. This helps us maintain stable pricing and avoid large-scale stockouts, especially for critical gear.

    At this time, we’ve set a purchase limit of 5 units per item to reflect typical household preparedness needs while allowing more people access to essential gear.

Shipping & Delivery

    At Grit Force Kits, we’re committed to transparent, fair, and reliable shipping worldwide.

    Free shipping is available in selected regions when the minimum order threshold is met. We work with trusted international carriers to keep deliveries affordable, trackable, and secure.

    Free Shipping Thresholds by Region:

    • USA/CA –Orders over $150 USD
    • AU/NZ – Orders over $180 USD
    • EU/UK – Orders over $200 USD
    • East Asia – Orders over $150 USD
    • SEA – Orders over $120 USD
    • Middle East – Orders over $225 USD

    Shipping costs below these thresholds vary by weight and destination.

    Tracking information is provided for most orders once shipped. Please allow several business days for tracking updates to appear depending on the carrier and destination country.

    We ship from international fulfillment warehouses and prioritize the nearest available fulfillment center whenever possible to help optimize delivery times.

    We aim to process and dispatch orders within 24–48 business hours whenever possible. Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country, customs processing, local holidays, weather disruptions, and carrier conditions.

    • EU / UK — 10–18 business days
    • Rest of World — 12–23 business days

    Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience delays during peak seasons or due to customs inspections and global logistics disruptions.

    Customs, VAT & Import Duties

    International orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT, customs duties, or handling fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

    Unless otherwise stated, customs duties and taxes are not included in shipping fees paid during checkout.

    All shipments are accurately declared to support smooth customs clearance and compliance with regional import regulations.

    Refused Packages & Customs Issues

    If a package is refused by the recipient, held and abandoned at customs, or disposed of due to unpaid duties, import restrictions, or failure to clear customs, we’re unfortunately unable to issue refunds for the order.

  • Why does my tracking stop updating for a few days?

    It’s normal for international shipments to have a quiet period while the parcel is moving between countries.

    Updates will appear again once it reaches your country and clears local processing.

    Your package is still on the way even if the tracking doesn’t change for several days.

    What can cause delays?

  • Refused packages & customs issues

    If a package is refused by the recipient, held and abandoned at customs, or disposed of due to unpaid duties, import restrictions, or failure to clear customs,we’re unfortunately unable to issue refundsfor the order.

    Our gear is curated from trusted third-party partners and selected based on quality ratings and community reviews.

    While we do not individually inspect each unit, we recommend checking your items upon arrival — especially for outdoor or emergency use.

    Minor differences in appearance, labelling, or measurements may occur due to batch manufacturing or international shipping. These do not impact core functionality or intended use.

    Products are sold as-is and not certified for professional, military, or medical grade use unless stated otherwise.

Returns, Tracking & Support

  • What is your return policy?

    We’re an online-based, sustainability-focused store—so we don’t accept physical returns. Instead, we offer a refund-only policy for eligible issues such as items that arrive damaged, defective, not as described, or orders that never arrive.

    To request a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item and provide clear photo or video evidence along with your order details.

    For EU customers, a 14-day cancellation window applies under EU law. Some product types are non-refundable, such as perishables, personal care items, innerwear, and items damaged due to misuse.
