We want you to shop with confidence, so while we don’t offer exchanges (more on that in a sec), we do accept returns on eligible items within 15-20 days of delivery.

What Can Be Returned?

✔ Items that arrived broken, defective, or not as described
✔ Orders that never made it to you (oops, that’s on us!)

For your return to be accepted, it must be:
✅ In its original condition & packaging (no signs of wear, use, or washing)
✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, tracking details, or a screenshot of any payment dispute)
✅ Sent with photo or video proof showing the issue

What Can’t Be Returned?

🚫 Wearable items (because hygiene matters—nobody wants pre-loved undies!)
🚫 Items marked Final Sale (60% or more off = yours to keep)

Why No Exchanges?

We keep things simple: no exchanges, just refunds on eligible returns. Why? Because it speeds up the process for you, and let’s be honest—waiting for a swap is a pain. If you’d like a different item, simply return the one you have (if eligible) and place a fresh order.
